I didn’t set out to be a photographer…

It just happened.

I started taking images as a form of relaxation to reduce the stress of a very demanding career and over a very short time it became a passion. I decided to study a Diploma of Photography to learn as much as I could in order to become a better photographer. I can tell you that I really love what I do and spend a lot of time refining and perfecting my work and I continue to learn something new every day.

I appreciate the raw reality of everyday life, the fleeting beauty of those moments, and I do my very best to take every picture with that in mind. I want my viewers to relate to my photographs through recognition of the familiarity with situations, the emotions and the energy.

Photography is a beautiful journey of discovery, I welcome you to join me…

CONSERVATION:

Over time my craft has evolved and my main focus is now as a conservationist photographer and advocate for wildlife and our natural ecosystems. I use my images and artwork to showcase the beauty of, and in some cases threats to our wildlife and the environment.  My images are used by a range of Wildlife and Conservation stakeholders to raise public awareness and aid in further research and conservation efforts.

If you wish to aid in wildlife conservation efforts, please visit the Koala Conservation page.
